The Fourth Annual Ray Lang Memorial Golf Tournament was held August 23rd at Cranston Country Club in Cranston, Rhode Island.

Over the past four years, Pete Lang and his committee have raised more than $20,000 for the Tug McGraw Foundation through the Ray Lang Memorial Golf Tournament.   Pete Lang, founder and director of the event said, “My father Ray died of the same disease as Tug, and with the help of the Tug McGraw Foundation, I have finally found a way to combat the disease that took my father at a far too young age.” 

“The foundation wishes to thank Pete Lang, the generous businesses, golfers, including Jon Lester of the Boston Red Sox, the communities across Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts who continue to donate and support the Ray Lang Memorial Golf Tournament”  said, Jennifer Brusstar, CEO of the Tug McGraw Foundation.
